Warranty policy
Every laptop we sell — brand new or certified pre-owned — is covered by warranty. Coverage protects against hardware and manufacturing defects under normal use.
Brand new laptops carry the manufacturer's official warranty (typically 1–2 years).
Certified pre-owned devices include SmartBuy service warranty on the motherboard and core components.
Free diagnostics at our in-house service centre for the warranty period.
Bring your invoice (digital or printed) to claim — no physical card needed.
Physical damage, liquid damage and unauthorised repairs are not covered.
Returns & refund
Changed your mind or received a device that isn't right? Our 7-day policy keeps things simple.
7-day replacement on manufacturing defects, from the delivery date.
Device must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Return pickup is arranged free of charge for verified defect claims.
Shipping
Free delivery all over Bangladesh, carefully packed and tracked to your door.
Free shipping to all 64 districts of Bangladesh.
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 days. Outside Dhaka: 2–4 days.
Cash on delivery available; you can inspect the sealed package on arrival.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to process your order and support you — and we never sell your data.
We store your name, contact and delivery details to fulfil orders.
Payment is handled by secure gateways — we never store card numbers.
You can request deletion of your account data anytime.
